Premium Plugins Library

We use the best WordPress plugins available. These plugins come at a cost, but you pay nothing in license fees for any premium plugin we use that we have a developer/unlimited site license for. You may be billed for a Premium Plugins Subscription if you require a plugin that is not part of our free plugins library.

Email Deliverability Service

SendGrid email delivery service is included in your plan. If you have less than 100 emails per month, this service will be at no additional cost to you. You must pay for this service if you need more than 100 emails monthly. Rates are between $15 and $30 per month on average. Optionally, you can connect your site to an SMTP mail account, and we’ll set up the WordPress plugin to connect to the account at no additional cost.

Do you support WooCommerce sites?

No, we currently do not support WooCommerce. WooCommerce websites require require dedicated support and additional resources for these sites to run smoothly. We recently have shifted our focus and no longer support WooCommerce. We recommend platforms such as SureCart, Crystallize, or Shopify.

Do you support WordPress sites built with Elementor or WP Bakery?

No, these builders are problematic and are costly to maintain for everyone involved. We are happy to provide a quote to convert your site to the new, native WordPress Block Editor.

Does it matter where the WordPress site is hosted?

No! We can support your website on your hosting platform. However, our hosting is included with Active Maintain plans and above and often is an upgrade to your existing hosting. Because we handle it all and use non-shared hosting optimized for speed, performance, and security, we recommend migrating to our hosting platform for improved support.

Afteractive can help manage your website and digital marketing. However. when you hire Afteractive to only maintain your site, we are not taking over as your website manager. What does this mean? This means you are responsible for keeping track of your initiatives, such as Google Analytics tracking, Tag Manager, cookie consent policies, privacy, consistency among pages, missing images or content, page organization, security requirements, etc.… We will assist, provide guidance, and install functionality. Still, we are not tracking your initiative or taking the initiative most of the time; this falls under the client’s responsibility. It is up to you to report issues and problems. If you have a small site and need website management, we can provide a quote for this type of management work typically assigned to the website owner or their associates.
